Ali Hintz is a poet, farmer, and educator. Their poetry appears in Ecotone, Salamander, Salt Hill, and more. They are a member of the English faculty at the University of Arkansas and previously served as the book reviews editor for The Arkansas International. Before entering the creative writing field, they worked as a community agriculture coordinator at the Hindman Settlement School in eastern Kentucky and as a crop and soil sciences research assistant at the University of Georgia. Ali lives with their husband D. Cole Eichelberger and their two dogs in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
